Physical Therapist – West Covina, CA
FOX Rehabilitation is hiring Physical Therapists in West Covina, CA to provide one-on-one care to older adults in their homes and Senior Living Communities.
As a Physical Therapist at FOX, you will help patients improve their strength, movement, balance, independence, and overall quality of life. You will work directly with patients and build personal relationships while creating a treatment schedule that works for you.

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes and Senior Living Communities.
- Evaluate patients and create treatment plans based on their individual needs.
- Provide treatments that improve strength, balance, movement, mobility, and independence.
- Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Work with other healthcare professionals, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
- Teach patients, caregivers, and senior living staff about safety, movement, and staying independent.
- Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.

Full-Time salary range in this California region: $80,000–$112,000 per year, with opportunities to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex positions are prorated based on employment type.
Requirements
To apply, you should have:
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Basic computer and EMR skills.
- Current CPR certification.
Physical Requirements
This position involves working directly with patients, including:
- Lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
- Performing CPR when needed.
- Helping patients with transfers and moving in and out of bed.
- Repositioning patients and performing therapeutic exercises.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Climbing stairs when visiting patients.
- Driving to patients’ homes and Senior Living Communities.
- Wearing PPE when required.
