FOX Rehabilitation is hiring Physical Therapists in West Covina, CA to provide one-on-one care to older adults in their homes and Senior Living Communities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes and Senior Living Communities.
• Evaluate patients and create treatment plans based on their individual needs.
• Provide treatments that improve strength, balance, movement, mobility, and independence.
• Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Work with other healthcare professionals, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Teach patients, caregivers, and senior living staff about safety, movement, and staying independent.
• Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.

Full-Time salary range in this California region: $80,000–$112,000 per year, with opportunities to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex positions are prorated based on employment type.

Requirements

To apply, you should have:

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Physical Requirements

This position involves working directly with patients, including:

• Lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
• Performing CPR when needed.
• Helping patients with transfers and moving in and out of bed.
• Repositioning patients and performing therapeutic exercises.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Climbing stairs when visiting patients.
• Driving to patients’ homes and Senior Living Communities.
• Wearing PPE when required.
